cow stool

Every year in college, my floor had a secret santa where, as part of the rules, we had to handmake each of the gifts. In this particular year, I was making a gift for my RA who really loved cows. I decided to make him a stool for his apartment. The top of the stool I took from an old swivel chair, then painted to look like a cow. I then created the wooden stool from old scrap wood: a plywood slab drilled to four 4x4s, then attached the painted chair cushion on top. For the udders, I used an old plastic salad container and some balloons. He absolutely loved it and it still gets passed between rooms on our floor to this day!
