bookcase loft

At the beginning of my sophomore year of college (fall 2019), I built a loft for my bed in my dorm room. I constructed stairs for the loft that also served as a bookcase + shelf. Both the bookcase and loft were made from wood (mostly 2x4s, 2x8s, 4x4s) that I sanded and stained before drilling it together. This bed served me through 3 more great years of college and gave me a lot more space in my tiny dorm :)
